1996 Ford F-350 XLT Crew Cab Power Stroke 4×4

This 1996 Ford F-350 XLT is a Crew Cab 4×4 pickup powered by a replacement 7.3-liter turbodiesel Power Stroke V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Finished in Oxford White, the truck is further equipped with Rancho shocks, manually locking front hubs, adjustable rear air springs, cab clearance lights, a diamond-plate toolbox, an air compressor, a spray-on bedliner, and running boards. The remanufactured 7.3-liter turbodiesel Power Stroke V8 was bored .020″ over and fitted with Mahle pistons before being installed in July 2026. The seller tells us that a Spoollogic Stage 1 turbocharger has been fitted along with an EBPV delete kit, Full Force Diesel fuel injectors, a Banks Power intercooler and piping, and a PHP Hydra Chip with JeliBuilt Tuning. The following components are also noted to have been replaced: Up-pipe & downpipe Glow plugs & relay Engine harness Drive belt Batteries Low- & high-pressure fuel pumps Vacuum pump Water pump Alternator High-pressure oil line crossover & hardline The truck is finished in Oxford White (YZ) and is equipped with a bed-mounted diamond-plate toolbox with an air compressor as well as a spray-on bedliner, a sliding rear window, running boards, mud guards, cab clearance lights, and a receiver hitch. The windshield has been replaced. A “moderate damage” entry is noted on the Carfax report in May 2017, indicating damage to multiple body panels, followed by a damage entry in December 2023 where the vehicle was involved in a sideswipe collision. The seller tells us that the driver’s bedside has been repainted. The 16″ six-hole alloy wheels are wrapped in 265/75 Rocky Mountain All Terrain tires with 2024 date codes. The truck rides on Rancho shock absorbers and is equipped with manually locking front hubs and adjustable rear air springs. The brakes received replacement pads and slotted rotors up front, and the rear drums, shoes, and springs were changed. The seller states that the ball joints, tie rod ends, and drag links were also replaced. The seating surfaces are trimmed in Opal Gray cloth and are joined by color-coordinated carpets. The air conditioning system was serviced in July 2026, and appointments include a JVC CD stereo, cruise control, a Draw-Tite trailer brake controller, and a Maglite flashlight under the driver’s seat. Toggle switches for the airhorn and glowplugs have been installed under the dashboard. The steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. An oil temperature readout has been mounted in the center of the dashboard, while additional instruments are affixed to the driver’s A-pillar. The digital odometer indicates 247k miles, approximately 150 of which have been added under current ownership. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission that is said to have been fitted with a heavy-duty torque converter, valve body, and fluid cooler, and it is linked to a dual-range transfer case. Mag-Hytec transmission and rear differential covers have been installed, and the seller notes that the fuel pump and U-joints have been replaced.
